We have a fab washing up service to make everything as easy as possible for you, but we do ask that you empty any glasses and scrape food off all items before packing them away in the boxes and crates provided.
No. Though a minimum of £100 in value is required for delivery (depending on area), but you are more than welcome to collect any smaller orders from our warehouses in Hanham.
Yes! You’re welcome to come along to our warehouses in Hanham, Bristol on Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4:30pm. Please note we are closed on Bank Holidays! Please make sure everything is packed back into the boxes or crates provided for return.
Although we will always try to accommodate specific delivery time requests we hope you understand there may be many factors affecting delivery and generally delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm on the agreed day.

Within the Bristol area we charge a minimum of £30 per van for delivery and also collection. Travelling further afield is no problem but will incur an extra cost stated on your quote.
All booking will stay as a quote until you pay a 30% deposit, stated on the bottom of your quote. Once this deposit is paid your order will then be confirmed.
All bookings require a minimum of £100 loss/damage deposit.
You may lose some or part of the deposit, or even incur extra charges, in the event of the following: (full details to be found in our T&C’s)
• If items are missing or returned damaged
• If items are not packed in the boxes or crates provided and/or ready for collection at the agreed time and place
• If access is prevented on site
• If food residue has not been removed (although we will do a proper clean ourselves any of our stock should be scraped clean)
